Archiproducts Milano + Bticino
07/12/2016 - Bticino is an historical low tension electric infrastructure brand. It just became Archiproducts Milano’s partner for its Via Tortona 31 office. The large early 20th century flat, with stucchi and antique wooden floors, becomes hyper-technological thanks to Bticino’s connected home automation and video door systems. The flat became a model for the Internet of Things concept.

The Internet of Things makes objects “smart”. They turn on themselves if needed with a simple Internet connection. We at Archiproducts believe that this represents the future for houses, offices and retail spaces. Archiproducts Milano

Archiproducts Milano

We are thinking of a new hybrid space concept for Archiproducts Milano. This space will merge co-working activities, events, training sessions, a showroom and retails space. A space hosting several different activities daily. A space where Architects, Companies and people get connected. Everything happens in a space thought for networking but with the welcoming feeling of a house: warm and cozy. These ever evolving functions need a flexible lighting and entrance handling system. It needs to be connected with devices and easily manageable by different users.

From the MyHome home automation to the Class 300x video door sets, the systems we installed allow for the remote control and connection of the rooms right to the window on Via Tortona where visitors can directly connect with Archiproducts’ offices via smart phones. With an Internet connection also the Bari headquarters can be connected!

The Class 300x video door connected system lets you see who’s calling, lets you answer, open the entrance shop window either you’re there or elsewhere via an app. The main functions can be carried out with touch screen keys coming with a tactile guide simplifying command recognition. The more sophisticated functions can be handled from the touch screen through the user friendly icons of the navigation interface.

The MyHome home automation system satisfies your safety, comfort, energy saving and communication needs. It can be installed in any housing or office context. Its many functions allow the making of installations requiring the highest energy efficiency classes for buildings complying with European Norm EN 15232.

The Nuvo multi-room digital music broadcast system lets people listen to their favourite hits in each room. It lets them access the music libraries on the local network as well as streaming services or Internet radio handling the playlists from a smart phone or a tablet.

Livinglight AIR offers its own interpretation of modern. Its minimal width allows for a perfect flush with the wall. The linearity of its axial commands highlights the thinness granting a perfect planar light source even after the commands’ activation. The monochromatic nuance feature further enhances the Thin concept of this product.

Archiproducts Milano, with its avant-garde spirit, is the perfect space to discover the latest home automation trends. It’s not a mere installation. It’s a place where designers can get hands-on with Bticino’s innovation and technology.
