Ecophon Focus™ Flexiform

Sound absorbing glass wool ceiling tiles

Manufacturer Saint-Gobain ECOPHON

Systems that complements Focus products, with design solutions for end pieces, frieze and level transitions, this gives the ceiling an integrated appearance that enhances its aesthetic appeal. Focus Frieze is a simple and cost-effective means of providing a standardised transition between ceiling, frieze and wall. The range of products permits both sharp and gradual changes in level. There are also standardised lighting solutions. End pieces with the same finish as the rest of the ceiling create an integrated look.

The Ecophon Focus Flexiform A panel is delivered flat and formed on site into concave or convex form (min. radius 200 mm and max. radius 10 m) by means of special profiles. It is ideal for creating surfaces with special curvatures, or if the dimensions of the installations etc. above the suspended ceiling cannot be accommodated by using preformed ceiling elements. The panels are not demountable.
The system consists of Ecophon Focus Flexiform A panels and Ecophon Connect grid systems. The weight is approximately 3 kg/m², depending on the installation method. The panels have a special glass wool core utilizing the 3RD Technology which allow the product to be formed to the required shape. The visible surface has an Akutex™ FT coating and the back of the tile is covered with glass tissue. The edges are natural.
For best performance and system quality, use Ecophon Connect grid and accessories. The curved profiles are made of aluminium.
