FOCUS MATERIALS
CEMENT
Already known in the time of the Romans, cement is a product of nature originating from stone and fire. The production of cement comes from natural raw materials such as limestone and clay, with the addition of sand; mixed with water these materials solidify and harden, acting as a binder. The result is a healthy, pure and natural product, pleasant to touch. The finishing cement is characterized by high mechanical, abrasion resistance and penetration of liquids through the final treatment with nanotechnology that makes it water-repellent.
CLAY
Clay or loam is the most ancient building material. Retracing his adventure in architecture means retracing the history of mankind. It is ground, that is a compound of clay and natural aggregates, simply left to air dry, without the need to cook it. The mixtures, with the addition of mineral binders or synthetic, become continuous coatings characterized by mechanical, abrasion and water resistance. The result is a healthy, pure and natural product, pleasant to touch. The colors are the result of the mixing of different clays from different territories.
