Automatic access control
TAG 10 SA is an access control device able to file cards and command the opening of a door, check its status (open-closed), generate an alarm in the event of unauthorised opening. It works in stand-alone mode (“SA” = Stand-Alone) without any external management board and any Computer for programming and data downloading. The electronics consists of two interconnected boards: - the CPU board includes terminals, buzzers, relays and interface for the passive reader - the Keypad board with keys, indicator LEDs and antenna for the passive proximity reader. TAG 10 SA (reader A, master) is able to connect to a standard TAG 10, currently on the price list (reader B, slave). This configuration makes it possible to manage an area with two gates, entry and exit, which can be controlled by the Anti-Pass-Back function. Reader configuration and Cards acquisition occurs via the programming card kit. The additional memory, available as optional, makes it possible to export/import the cards list from a TAG 10 SA to a similar product. The TAG 10 proximity reader for passive transponders makes it possible to create access control systems with a high safety level. Thanks to the remote detection, it offers a high ease of use and, since it has no moving mechanical parts, it is maintenance-free.
