Our Company is available also to individuals who might have to solve various different problems due to noise.

Various ticknesses and different weights underwent many further university tests, including the CREEP test and the Dynamic Stiffness test that determine the performance of reference
for the sector, such as: the durability over time under the weight of the screed and the elasticity of the product.
Needless to say, the results proved better than our previous products, which, still today, are the only reference for the entire acoustic sector: the challenge was to exceed our own
expectations. We succeeded in this, and even reduced production costs by 30%.
TXT® from “Acustica Sistemi by Eterno Ivica” will become the basis for all our bonded fabrics: it can be used for impact underlay and subfloors, false ceilings and partition walls, cavities and anti-reverberation solutions. Therefore, the new TXT® is not only an excellent resilient material but it can also be used as a potential sound absorbing solution.

Soundproofing panel with a thickness of 39 mm, suitable for plasterboard walls, composed of a 19 mm thick wood fiber panel paired with a sound-insulating TXT element and a high-density Soundblock plasterboard board (surface mass: 12 kg/m2), thickness 12.5 mm.
The TXT product is manufactured using recycled materials and is fully recyclable when the building is taken down. It is made of non woven white fabric, obtained from a mixture of sanitized and sterilized filaments of cotton, linen and wool, glued into sheets with adhesive polypropylene.
The Woodgipsline TXT soundproofing panel is suitable for improving the airborne sound reduction of existing brick walls, for installation with or without metallic attachment.
To ensure the best results, we also recommend to install an exposed Soundblock finishing panel, 12.5 mm thick.
 
Instructions for installation: 
The Woodgipsline TXT soundproofing panel, when installed without metallic attachment must be positioned with the soft side on the plaster or brick surface, ensuring that it is continuous, flat and without irregularities.
It will be installed with plaster glue applied with a toothed spatula notched trowel over the entire surface of the panel. We recommend that you install a further Soundblock panel, also glued to the soundproofing panel with plaster glue.
This structure needs then to be attached to the existing wall with an appropriate number of percussion dowels with polypropylene body and nylon plug.
To keep acoustic bridging to a minimum, it is important to use only the minimum number of dowels appropriate to the type and quality of supporting structure. Afterwards, the panels and the head of the dowels must be plastered and smoothed to obtain a surface ready for painting.
If the supporting structure is made of metal, the panels will be positioned with the soft side against the supporting frame made of galvanized steel bars.
We recommend installing a further exposed Soundblock panel. All the plastering and smoothing operations are performed according to the usual procedures for standard drywalls.

 - Sound insulation and sound absorbing panel in mineral fibre TXT® Flottex - ETERNO IVICA Sound insulation and sound absorbing panel in mineral fibre The Flottex TXT th. 5 mm underfloor, is made of non woven white fabric, obtained from a mixture of sanitized and sterilized filaments of cotton, linen and wool, glued into sheets of 1.20 mt x 2.00 mt with adhesive polypropylene.
This product is manufactured using recycled materials and is fully recyclable when it reaches the end of its life.
This underfloor mat allows water vapor to pass through, it is not vapor-proof, and it is suitable for dry-stratigraphy installations, and for floating wood floors (not glued).

The installation is done by positioning the panels side by side, without overlap, and by sealing the panels with 10 cm wide adhesive tape, included with the product.
Before the installation of Flottex, the perimeter must be isolated with an appropriate Flexo polyethylene strip, that will be laid along the perimeter of the room and on the thresholds of all doors.
The Flexo strip must be cut only after the floor has been installed.
The whole floor area must be covered with the anti-impact insulationunderfloor, and there must be no contact point left.
The installation of Flottex TXT th. 5 mm and of of any floating wood floor must be done without the use of glue.
 - Sound insulation and sound absorbing panel in mineral fibre TXT® Sonarwood - ETERNO IVICA Sound insulation and sound absorbing panel in mineral fibre Soundproofing panel suitable for stratified brick walls, composed of a 12 mm thick double layer of wood fiber interposed with a 20 mm sound-absorbing TXT element.
The TXT element is made of non woven white fabric, obtained from a mixture of sanitized and sterilized filaments of cotton, linen and wool, glued into sheets with adhesive polypropylene.
The Sonarwood TXT  th. 45 mm soundproofing panel is manufactured using recycled materials and is fully recyclable when the building is taken down.
 
Instructions for installation: 
After laying the initial brickwork and the rough coat (always recommended), install the Sonarwood panels over the whole brick surface, laying the panels side by side, without any gaps.
The perfect continuity of the panels can be ensured by using sealing tape on the joins between the panels, which can be attached to the bricks with plastic mechanical anchors, glue or staples.
The Sonarwood TXT panels can be mounted without an anchoring structure, using utmost care to ensure that no gaps are left between the panels.
Particular care must be given to the points where the brick wall meets reinforced concrete columns, where special precautions must be employed to prevent acoustic bridging.
We recommend to build the second brick layer at the distance of 1 cm from the Sonarwood TXT covering.

The Gipslight TXT soundproofing panel when installed without metallic attachment must be positioned with the soft side on the plaster or brick surface, ensuring that it is continuous, flat and without irregularities.
It will be installed with plaster glue, applied with a toothed spatula notched trowel over the entire surface of the panel. We recommend that you install a further plasterboard panel, also glued to the Gipslight panel with plaster glue.

 - Sound insulation and sound absorbing panel in mineral fibre TXT® Silentetto - ETERNO IVICA Sound insulation and sound absorbing panel in mineral fibre The Silentetto TXT Soundproofing Panel is made of a 250 kg/m3 wood fiber panel and a high-density plasterboard board paired with a TXT felt sheet, made of non woven white fabric, obtained from a mixture of sanitized and sterilized filaments of cotton, linen and wool, glued into sheets with adhesive polypropylene.
The Silentetto TXT th. 37 mm product is manufactured usingrecycled materials and is fully recyclable when it reaches the end of its life.
Its components also improve the thermal insulation provided by the mineral wool or wool fiber of the thickness specified by the thermo-technic designer.
 
Instructions for installation: 
The Silentetto TXT th.37 soundproofing panel must be positioned with the white TXT felt directly against the wooden frame or the bricks of the slab, and the wood fiber facing upward.
The panels must be joined perfectly and mechanically anchored to the frame. The thermal insulation, preferably made of mineral wool or wood fiber, will be laid over the panels, in the thickness required by the project.
The use of non-fibrous materials such as polystyrene or polyurethane should be avoided since it provides good thermal insulation, but very bad Soundproofing.
To achieve the best sound insulation performance, after the thermal insulation has been positioned, we recommend to install another layer of wooden boards.
 - Sound insulation and sound absorbing panel in mineral fibre TXT® Ecotex Evo - ETERNO IVICA Sound insulation and sound absorbing panel in mineral fibre The Ecotex Evo TXT th. 7 mm underlay, is made of non woven white fabric, obtained from a mixture of sanitized and sterilized filaments of cotton, linen and wool, glued into sheets of 1.20 mt x 2.00 mt with adhesive polypropylene.
This product is manufactured using recycled materials and will be fully recyclable when the building is taken down.
The product is waterproof thanks to a polyethylene film glued to one side.
The perfect continuity of the material is ensured by the presence of a wide selvage edge on two sides, pre-glued to allow for faster installation.
Dynamic stiffness: 34 MN/m3.
Creep: 5.1%
Compressibility: 2.48 mm


Instructions for installation: 
The installation is done by positioning the mat with the polyethylene film on top, laying the panels side by side, overlapping only the adhesive selvages, which later will be sealed by removing the adhesive strip.
Before the installation of product, the perimeter must be isolated with an appropriate Flexo polyethylene strip, that will be laid along the perimeter of the room and on the thresholds of all doors.
The Flexo strip must be cut only after the floor has been installed.
The whole floor area must be covered with the underlay, and there must be no contact point left.
We recommend the installation of an overlaying reinforced sand-cement screed, 6 cm thick. Where a floor heating system is planned this must be installed only after Ecotex Evo TXT underlay.
