Diathonite Evolution is a natural eco-friendly premixed plaster, totally cement-free, made with pure natural hydraulic lime NHL 3.5, diatomaceous earth and reinforcing fibres. This product has the best lambda value and therefore the best coefficient of thermal conductivity currently on the market for thermal coatings.
Diathonite is the first real plaster made of cork, CE and LEED marked, suitable for thermal insulation, dehumidification, energy requalification and acoustic insulation, both for internal and external.

Uses:

Plaster ready to use both for inside and outside. Suitable for creating thermal insulations, sound-proofing, dehumidification of capillary humidity, sound-absorbing coatings. Diathonite is a completely natural compound and it is suitable when the use of eco-compatible materials is required.

Application Diathonite Premix:

By hand or plaster machine
1. Prepare the area creating the reference bands to obtain the required thicknesses (points and referring bands must be created with Diathonite Evolution).
2. Wet the basement (this action is required during summer. With high temperatures also wet the plaster over the following 2/3 days).
3. Apply a first layer of Diathonite Evolution less than 1 cm thick and leave to dry.
4. When the first coat is dry, apply the second one up to the required thickness.
5. Prop and smooth as for a normal civil plaster. With a thickness more than 3 cm we recommend applying more than two coats of product. Set Diathonite also with a spray-plaster machine that automatically supplies the correct water dosage for the paste. Do not add other binders or inert to the Diathonite compound.
