Climablock is an innovative system for the construction of reinforced concrete walls exploiting and combining the mechanical resistance of concrete and thermal insulation capacities of polystyrene in a single solution. The system is based on forms - the Climablock elements - that can be easily and rapidly interconnected forming a structure suitable for the pouring of concrete, which after the hardening of concrete guarantees high energy savings through insulation. Climablock consists of an expanded polystyrene concrete form panel 120 x 40 cm supported between polypropilen spacers that determine the thickness of the concrete wall. The two panels have different thicknesses, the internal panel is 6 cm. The external panel is available in 6, 9, 12 or 18 cm.

These Tables refer to a Climablock wall with acrylic standard stucco exterior, and with 1,2 cm dry walls thick on the inside.

Referred to the external wall, considerated an opening surface of 18% of windows and doors with a medium sound performance (R'w=39dB), that will result 45,1 dB.

Standard element

Internal corner element
The element that consists of an expanded polystyrene concrete form panel 120 x 40 with a 90° corner.The two panels have different thicknesses, the internal panel is 6 cm.The external panel is available in 6, 9, 12 or 18 cm.Concrete wall available sizes 15 and 20 cm.
Corner element from 0° to 90°
With Climablock any type of wall and with any corner can be made and it is possible to have different thicknesses for the internal and external panels.The element can be ordered or request, according to project needs or made directly on site.Concrete wall available sizes 15 and 20 cm.
Stopcasting barrier panel for floor slab
Element that consists of an expanded polystyrene to realize second level slab beam that allows to maintain the external isolation.The element can be ordered or request, according to project needs or made directly on site.Concrete wall are available in sizes 15 and 20 cm.
Curved elements
With Climablock it is possible to create any type of curved wall. The element can be ordered or request, according to project needs or made directly on site. It is possible to have different thicknesses for the internal and external panel.
Top panel in various heights
Element to compensate the different elevation of the element Climablock 40 cm, it can be placed any where in the wall.Top panels are available in 5 - 10 - 20 and 40 cm.
" T " element
Element that consists of an expanded polystyrene concrete form panel 120 x 40 cm, to create dividing walls between different dwellings.
Closing elements and Wood framework
Element in EPS for closing the opening edge of the Climablock, dovetailed to be easy and quick to set in it helps to create such as window and doors easily and rapidly.
