Particularly suited to very high performance requirements, Galaxy combines the best Elica technology with streamlined aesthetics: ideal for intense cooking that requires powerful extraction, Galaxy has an extraction motor with the Intensitime function, capable of activating the maximum power for a few minutes and therefore easily extracting particularly intense fumes and vapours. In addition, the capacitative control on the glass, together with the visual filter saturation indicator, is inserted in a timeless, linear design, thanks to the contrast between glass and steel.
