Grey powdered premixed product containing Portland cement, selected quartz, specific additives and special synthetic resins. It is characterised by extremely high adhesion and is used both for interiors and exteriors in all cases where concrete surfaces, plastic coatings and poorly absorbent surfaces must be levelled. After the curing time, it can be left uncoated or can be coated with different types of finishes. COLOURS:White. USE:As a top coat plaster on old and new plasters, concrete and old plastic coatings. Instructions:Do not apply in conditions of strong sunlight or on very windy days; (if necessary, dampen the substrate). Do not apply to frozen or wet substrates. Protect the coated parts for at least 24 hours from heavy rain and for at least 7 days from frost and strong sunlight. Preparing the surface:The substrate must be free from parts that are uneven or breaking off, free from pollution such as smog, mould or moss; if other coatings are already in place, ensure that they are well attached to the substrate. If not, proceed to remove them and to prepare the surface with Murival Fissativo Acrilico diluted with water at a mixing proportion of 1:5.
Top coat plastering:Add 5.5-6 litres of water to a 25 kg bag of Rasacap Total House Bianco 402 and mix using a whip mixer at a slow speed, until a smooth, lump-free paste is obtained. Spread the paste with a steel trowel in two coats for a max. thickness of 5 mm. On uneven surfaces or with different planarity, it is necessary to use a fibreglass mesh between the first and the second coat. Finally, level and smooth the product with a sponge trowel. Finishing:Wait for approximately three weeks util final curing is obtained, then apply Murisol or Murisol W primer followed by a finish from the Trasil series, or K81, or Murival or Rivestimenti Thermocap coatings. The indicated mortar curing time changes with the varying of temperature and humidity conditions.
