Hinged honeycomb door
Quarta - The frame for hinged doors consists of a ledge on a metal profile and one pair of telescopic intrados with molding, which allows for adjustment to the wall thickness (up to 15 mm).
Jambs and header of the frame as well as the moldings are jointed with dovetail dowels.
The rubber-stop on the frame ledge comes in black.
The “piletta” pivots are produced in-house and are available in different finishes.
The frame is supplied fully assembled.
The frame is fixed to the subframe by means of screws (through the metal profile) that are then concealed by the intrados, which in turn is to be fixed with glue (using a screw clamp).
Molding dimensions: 15x85 mm. The lacquered frame is entirely made from Tulipier.
The frame in timber is made from Tulipier with a 20/10 timber veneer and solid timber.
The moldings and intrados consist of multilayer panels and a 6/10 timber veneer.
Doors in local walnut feature yesquero core and walnut veneer; all other doors come in solid timber.
Door blades are placed in the centre.
Door blades (thickness 45 mm) consist of tambour panels and 6 mm MD support.
Plain, lacquered door blades come with a ledge made from Tulipier.
Plain door blades in solid timber come with a 6/10 timber veneer.
The ledge is made from solid timber.
