Each piece of a Del Tongo kitchen is always selected and manufactured at its best. It undergoes a series of very strict controls in order to fulfil the five mandatory quality requirements imposed by Del Tong sturdiness, ergonomics, capacity, resistance and depth of cabinets.
And Del Tongo’s last creation cannot be an exception. Nothing is left to the case, from the selection of the raw materials - especially the type of wood – to the virtually handmade manufacturing.
The cabinet doors are made in open pore oak wood, with a solid wood frame, 24 mm thick. The frames and panels are mounted with a traditional technique called “maschiatura”. An extremely precise and particular process which allows to combine the various parts of the cabinets’ doors in a one and only piece, using a very complex and meticulous jointing system.
The perfect result is under everybody’s eyes and behind it there can only be Del Tongo’s obsession for perfection. That’s why they are the real kitchen maniacs.
