MB-70 | Aluminium window
Aluminium double glazed window
The system allows for the use of glazing thickness from 21 mm to 57 mm in window sashes, and from 12 mm to 48 mm in fixed windows and door sashes . This wide range of thickness guarantees the use of all standard and non-standard windows.
The system uses omega-shaped thermal profiled inserts with a width of 34 (windows) and 24 mm (doors) of glass fiber reinforced polyamide. The offered shape of inserts increases stiffness of profiles as compared to flat ones and facilitates drainage, thus ensuring proper thermal insulation in all weather conditions. Thermal inserts applied to the windows have additional seal at the interface between the sections, as well as chamber divided into three parts between the internal and external aluminum profiles.
The tightness is ensured by the use of special seals made of two-component EPDM synthetic rubber: solid and cellular, which provides resistance to aging during long-term operation and very good thermal insulation . MB -70 is the first system in which middle sealing is used in this type of material.
Aluminum surface of window profiles can be finished with powder coating or anodizing techniques.
- construction of profiles - three chambers
- depth of window profiles - 70 mm (frame) and 79 mm (sash)
- Uf coefficient depending on the applied profiles ranging from 1.5 to 2.39 W/m2K.
- special two-component rubber sealing
