PR-G primer is a concentrated emulsion based on extremely thin resins. It is specific for restoration works for substrates that are difficult to treat; their preparation will turn out optimal improving the strength and the lifetime of the following finishing touches (plasters, waterproofing, mortars, paints, etc.). It avoids efflorescence and separation effects.
WHERE TO USE
It penetrates, consolidates and prepares all kinds of masonry surfaces, friable too, like fiber-cement, concrete, plaster chalk, old plasters, asbestos-cement (coupled with WG-G is qualified for encapsulating, UNI certified 10686).
HOW TO USE
The surfaces must be clean and deep dry before applying.
Remove any incoherent part and any residual of previous treatment.
Water down 1 liter of of PR-G primer with 5 liters of water and apply with brush or spray (low pressure). Apply the coat starting from the upper part saturating well the substrate. For very absorbing surfaces is necessary to apply a second coat (after 2÷3 hours). After 6÷8 hours (depending on the surfaces properties) the surfaces are ready for the next treatments.
Avoid using it if there is rain risk and over warm or sunny surfaces.
Approximately 0.040 liters for square meter depending on the surface type (= with 1 liter of PR-G primer watered down with 5 liters is possible to treat an average of 25 square meters.
