Venetian style solid wood walk-in wardrobe
Solid Wood, Ash, Linden
Close your eyes and let yourself be transported into the welcoming atmosphere of the “Le Stanze del Doge” (Doge’s rooms) collections. Ca’ d’Oro has been inspired by the renowned “Caffè Florian”, the so-called drawing room of st. Mark’s square, which is still today a symbol of Venice. This coffee/teashop has given its clients moments of delightful relaxation ever since 1720, indulging them with superior wines and delicious food, whether aristocrats from the past, ambassadors from all over the world, learned men and artists or those who simply want to be tourists... And not by chance.
The “Peggy Guggenheim collection” is housed in the “Venier dei Leoni” building in Venice, facing onto the Grand Canal. This american lady collector (1898 - 1979), who was the wife of the artist Max Ernst, put together some of the most important 20th century european and american contemporary works of art in this personal museum.
Ca’ d’Oro creates the space to be shared by all our fine clothes, by our own private collection for our everyday enjoyment, formed as we want it.
