DRY EXTERNAL WALLS JENDY
Composite material facade panel
The Jendy Joss external walls are the best solution to achieve the highest characteristics of thermic and acoustic isolation, with lowered thicknesses and weights and eco friendly materials.
The proposed solutions are realized by a singular or double frame of profiles in galvanized steel with wide 100/170/200/250/300mm and thickness 08/10 or 12/10 to be placed outside of the wire structure to completely eliminate the thermal bridges. The inner one is of 50/75 mm and has an increased thickness of 08/10 floor- to- ceiling, it gives more performances and can be used for the passage of the equipments.
Within both the warps and the cavity between the two, a special insulating recycled and recyclable polyester fiber, or rockwool panel, is used with excellent thermo- acoustic functions.
The transmittance values are between 0,115 and 0,198 W/mqK for the proposed solutions, in addition to the high rates acoustic values, the Universal Rock slabs at high density give, both inside and outside, characteristics of very high mechanical resistance.
The inner finish can be achieved both directly on the UR slabs and with an additional coating in plasterboard.
The external finish can be achieved through a shaving with an interposed suitable fibre glass, both directly on the UR slabs and on a 30 mm coating that gives additional thermo- acoustic performances. It is possible to realize any kind of finish with the coating in exposed bricks or tiles or the ventilated walls like Alucobond, fiber-cement panel, wood frame, etc...
