Modular lacquered sideboard
Cabinet Base, designed by Joost van der Vecht, gets its name from the oak veneered plateau. The plateau is characterized by slim lining of the leaf and fine legs that, together, make up a subtle base. The ingenious design of the cabinet elements makes that, when opening the doors, you don’t look at the bottom of the cabinet but at the oak veneer of the plateau. Moreover, you can also opt for a setup where only a part of the plateau is filled with cabinet elements and the rest can be used as presentation element.
The plateau of cabinet Base is available in two sizes; additionally, a cabinet element can be placed if you wish – varying from 2, 3 to 4 doors. A low element with a flap can be chosen as well, to disguise the electronic equipment. The cabinet elements are made from birch multiplex with an HPL coating. The modular character of Base allows you to create your own design.
