A family of coffee tables whose shapes evoke the plasticity of Calder’s art. The project is a play on the numerous combinations that arise through the free association of basic geometric shapes and unconventional materials. The tables come in three shapes: a triangle with rounded points, an elongated oval, and classic round. And three finishes: Pedulo Walnut, glossy White lacquer, and Smoked Grey glass. In addition, only in the oval shape, Silver Beola stone with beveled edges, creating a visual and tactile effect similar to river rock. The underside of the table top is finished in an exclusive Pewter color created by Minotti Studio – adding a further touch of originality, as it picks up the finish color of the die-cast aluminum legs. A version on wheels, available in the triangular and round shapes, lends added functionality to the Sullivan coffee tables. The dynamic slant of the aluminum legs shows off very well in the Smoked Grey glass-topped version with beveled edges.
