Steel thermal break window
The series SL30® is designed to allow the architect and designers implementing thin doors and elegant, doors, windows and walls of glass in buildings.
Several patented innovations have been applied to the series SL30® to ensure that the requirements functional as the strength, fire resistance and insulation of the glass can still be achieved within the profile SL30®.
Fire resistant up to 60,90 and 120 minutes!
After years of development, MHB and Montanstahl AG have made the system of steel profile SL30-ISO ® where steel grades have been optimally integrated to create a profilethin and sustainable . We applied all the knowledge and experience in the production ofsteel profile professional . The result is a profile in thinner steel on the market and fully insulated. The latest innovation is the system of profiles SL30-ISO-PLUS ®: a steel profile super-thin insulation values can be reached only by a few systems. In addition, 'steel that we use for our profile systems is made from 100% recycled steel.

30 mm sightline
An important feature of this profile system is the minimal amount of framing needed to achieve structural integrity. The SL30-ISO profile also has a sightline of 30 mm for mullions and transoms, which makes it the slimmest profile system on the market today.
For a tilt-and-turn window with fixed glass panels the sightline is only 50 mm.
The standard SL30-ISO profile is very slim with a narrow depth and yet extremely strong. Its bending resistance values are very high in comparison with other common profile systems.
Large glazed surfaces
The profile’s high resistance means large dimensioned window panels can be installed. In many situations, fixed glazed panels can achieve a height of 3.0 m depending on wind loads and glass specification.
