AMPM is a French brand specializing in the design, production and marketing of
high-end furniture and decoration. Created in 1997 by the French company La Redoute, the brand inherits from its parent company the tradition of craftsmanship that dates back to the early 19th century, with the founding of the worsted wool spinning mill " Filatures de La Redoute," located on the street of the same name in the town of Roubaix. The turning point came in 1928, when Charles Pollet, the founder's son, inaugurated mail-order sales in order to cope with the crisis in the textile industry.
