ATS produces and applies resin-based protective coatings. The company was established in 1998 when Giancarlo Bizzotto decided to leverage his experience in the resin industry, dating back to 1980, in a venture of his own, focusing on both civil and industrial resin applications. The strong concept was to maximize vertical integration, overseeing all aspects internally, from product development and laboratory testing to on-site verification. This approach proved successful, and throughout the 2000s, ATS experienced a steady and continuous growth in both customers and revenue. Over the subsequent decade, ATS further expanded itself, increasing its workforce and welcoming Giancarlo's sons, Gianmaria and Andrea, into the company. The need for adequate space led to the decision to establish a new headquarters, and by the end of the decade, ATS had its operational base in Rosà (VI). The facility houses a production and testing laboratory, warehouse, administrative offices, and a showroom. Since June 2010, the company has operated under a Certified Quality System in compliance with the UNI EN ISO 9001 Standard. This certification covers the design and manufacture of products for resin coatings, specifically synthetic resin coatings EA 12 and EA 28. Adherence to precise standards in production and application processes, product value, and strategic coherence reaffirm the continuous commitment to product and service quality.
ATS resin-based protective coatings
ATS products are formulated using top-quality materials, ensuring swift application and minimizing downtime during repairs and renovations. They are commonly used for decorative, anticorrosive, chemically resistant, and high-performance industrial coatings. Specific applications include: • Protection and waterproofing of clarifier tanks, sewage pipes in concrete, tanks and containers for chemically aggressive liquids, tanks for potable water, and food-grade liquids. • Epoxy resin floorings, self-leveling coatings, screed and armored floorings, impact-resistant, anti-slip, electrically conductive, and antistatic coatings, as well as dustproof treatments. • Methyl methacrylate floorings, which can be accessed by carts just two hours after application and can be installed even at temperatures as low as -25°C (for cold storage) without interrupting the freezing process. • Resin injections for structural reinforcement on damaged structures, sealing water infiltrations and rising damp with a chemical barrier, repair injections, expansion joints, and sealants.
