AVE plates and switches. Technology, innovation, design

The AVE catalogue offers high-quality plates and switches compatible with all AVE products thanks to the revolutionary S44 System, which provides a single universal support. Traditional switches are accompanied by products with refined and appealing designs, like the New Style 44 collection, combining retro suggestions and contemporary design with toggle switches and plates in glass, Corian and aluminium. England Style 44 features wood plates and brass controls, perfect for rooms with classic furnishings. For contemporary spaces and users who want the most innovative technologies, AVE proposes the Touch collection, equipped with touch controls. Essential design, minimal thicknesses and materials like glass and aluminium characterise the Vera Touch and Allumia Touch lines with LED light displays. Young Touch, in technopolymer, presents a minimalist, elegant design thanks to a discreet strip of LED lights on the plate, making it a genuine furnishing accessory. The traditional switch and plate collections also offer elegantly designed solutions to suit every style need. In line with the latest customisation trends, AVE has introduced the Personal 44 plate in the Domus civil series, which can be personalised at will with the AVE Exclusive configurator, available both online and as part of a free downloadable programme.

With its discreet outdoor unit, internal switchboard, and 10" interactive aluminium and glass display, the AVE Domina video entry phone boasts a highly sophisticated design. The device makes it possible to integrate the video monitoring and alarm functions from the AVE Domina Plus intrusion detection system. The Domina Hotel range proposes solutions for the hospitality sector. Various devices make it possible to manage functions like automation, supervision and integration of every type of structure, from the smallest B&B to the grandest hotel.

Ave, quality and innovation since 1904

The AVE history resembles that of so many small-town Italian companies that have constantly innovated, raising the Made-in-Italy banner throughout the world. Initially named Società Anonima Valsabbina Elettrotecnica, AVE was founded by Lorenzo Bonomi in 1904 in Vestone in the province of Brescia. As early as the 1930s, the company was already working with Bakelite, an absolute novelty at the time. Ten years later, the company began moulding synthetic resins, following its predilection for innovation. After WWII, the company was transformed from a semi-artisinal business into a veritable industry under the guidance of Andrea Belli, Casimiro Bonomi's son-in-law. AVE encountered design in the 1950s, collaborating with Gio Ponti and embarking on a course that would lead it to win the Compasso d'Oro in the 1980s for the first Habitat Series modular switch designed by Andries Van Onck. In the 2000s, in its new and modern headquarters in Rezzato, AVE introduced the first touch switch with the AVE Touch civil series showing the way to future automation systems. The company is still firmly in the hands of the Bonomi Belli family, represented by Emanuele and Tommaso Belli. ... More ... less
