Mario Mazzer graduated in architecture from the Milan Polytechnic in 1978 and in '79 earned a diploma in industrial design from the Scuola Politecnica di Design in Milan. Here he trained in the 1970s, collaborating with the masters of Italian design, and in 1980 he founded Mario Mazzer Architects in Conegliano Veneto. He participates as a speaker at numerous conventions and conferences. In 1996 he received an honorable mention at the ID Annual Design Review in New York. His products have been selected several times in the ADI Design Index and the International Design Yearbook. In 2001 his monograph, Thinking about Things: Mario Mazzer designer, was published. He is included in "The Design encyclopedia," Moma New York 2004. He receives several times awards such as "Good Design Award", "Red Dot Award", "IF Product Design Award".

To date, the firm consists of architects, engineers and interior designers and has 30 years of professional experience. Mario Mazzer Architects applies its experience in a wide range of projects in Italy and abroad. In architecture he designs residential and commercial buildings, hotels and resorts, sports buildings, and railway stations. He is also involved in restoration and renovation, urban planning and redevelopment.
