Architect, designer, and promoter of brands and events related to the world of industrial design for both private and public spaces. Davide Mercatali graduated with a degree in architecture in 1973. After various experiences in the field of graphic design, he opened an Industrial Design studio along with Paolo Pedrizetti in 1978. Here the two began designing products for various sectors: faucets, appliances, handles, furniture, lighting, and household products. After ten years of professional activity in the Mercatali & Pedrizzetti firm, he started an independent venture of designer and promoter in collaboration with important companies in a wide variety of sectors. In 1984 he was one of the founders of Zeus, taking on the role of organizer of design exhibitions in Italy and around the globe.
