Frontek proposes the ventilated façade as a constructive solution for refurbishment through our extruded porcelain alveolar pieces that will provide the building with greater energy efficiency, as well as a reduction of up to 35% in the air conditioning and heating bills of its tenants. It is a zero-maintenance façade with finishes and textures that are unalterable over time, with more than 17 years of guarantee for the entire system. Frontek is currently in the international market as the only manufacturer of XXL hollow core tiles, with up to 1000x3000 mm, creating elegant, distinguished and efficient façades. Grupo Greco Gres has spent several years transforming habits and production processes to minimise the impact of its activity on the planet. The brand is firmly committed not only to minimising CO2 emissions into the atmosphere, but also to making an ever greater contribution to sustainability and the circular economy by constantly improving the materials and processes and by using renewable energies. The production line is supplied with electricity from the photovoltaic plant of more than 30,000 m2 and 5,500 double panels. An installation of solar panels that has been designed exclusively for self-consumption, allowing electricity savings of up to 40%. Aware of the need to avoid wasting such a valuable and scarce resource as water, a few years ago Grupo Greco Gres decided to rectify the pieces dry. Thanks to the fact that the raw materials are 100% natural, pure, white and additive-free clays and the products are made from the same 100% porcelain and technical materials, up to 11% of the unfired material can be recycled during the production process.
