07/12/2022 - The new Gervasoni showroom unveils its new layout, curated by architect Ferruccio Laviani: the over 700 sq m space is conceived to showcase the Gervasoni universe and its ability to create indoor and outdoor areas that reflect the essence of the brand. Inside a bright building of industrial inspiration, pink shades of panels and tiles dialogue with the latest collections of tables, chairs and upholstered furniture signed by Nendo, Federica Biasi, Gabriele e Oscar Buratti, Federico Peri, David Lopez Quincoces, Cristina Celestino.

For Gervasoni, the natural-touch floor in the Cromie line was created by the Modenese company La Pietra Compattata. The different colours of the tiles mark out the spaces: pink shades define the areas devoted to indoor furniture, while green, a colour that evokes nature, characterises the outdoor areas.

A series of panels, created by the Aectual company with 3D printing, further divides the rooms, creating a dynamic atmosphere: suspended semi-transparent screens create an interplay of light and shadow, of solids and voids, extending the view while creating more private corners.

The latest 2022 products harmoniously dialogue with the company’s icons to once again demonstrate the infinite potential of furniture that is versatile and suitable for the most varied contexts, always maintaining a strong character and strong personality: elegant and minimal living areas with a contemporary flavour, inviting dining areas, and bedrooms in which night-time well-being is reinterpreted with a contemporary twist.

The new set-up also includes the new outdoor range by Japanese studio Nendo, the Kasane collection. Literally ‘overlapping’, Kasane is the result of different interlocking and overlapping elements in which each product becomes a sculpture.

Together with Kasane, the latest outdoor products also furnish the space. Outdoor socialising is key to one of Federica Biasi’s collections. Brise evokes Art Noveau, floral style and Liberty, defined by ornamental and decorative designs inspired by nature to harmonise with it. In the new layout, the unprecedented dining chairs are presented in tubular steel and Wood Evolution, a resistant material suitable for making the most of very fine thicknesses.
Federica Biasi also creates Hashi: oriental and exotic inspirations create a collection consisting of a modular sofa and rocking chair.

Gabriele and Oscar Buratti designed the Flair collection, a modular sofa that paves the way for a product with an informal use, featuring soft curves paired with a controlled design.

The latest Indoor novelties also find ample space inside the new showroom to tell and showcase the contemporary ideal of conviviality that defines the brand's soul.
Federica Biasi signs the Yelek dining chairs collection, turkish term for Gilet. Inspired by a tailored jacket, the project takes up the soft, flowing movements characteristic of the coulisse that allows each garment to be adapted with ease to the person wearing it.

Another indoor collection, Daen projected by Federico Peri and composed of tables and sideboards. the name Daen refers to the elliptical shape of the legs, made of steel and fixed to the top with a linear structure having a metal finish.

Then, a new collection of coffee tables, Heiko by David Lopez Quincoces. A Japanese term that means balance, stability, Heiko evokes the shape of the tables, defined by rounded lines, with a rounded base that seems to float on the surfaces. Simple geometries and full volumes are combined and superimposed, giving life to soft architectures in which each element coexists with the others.
David Lopez Quincoces also signs a new upholstered furniture proposal, Saia consisting of sofas, armchairs and dining chairs. The name Saia, meaning “skirt” in Portuguese, illustrates its distinctive feature: a removable cover that falls light and elegant to the ground and adheres to the structure of the sofa, emphasised and designed by a discreet piping that defines the shape.
