A World of Colors
14/08/2019 - It is already known that colours work in our brain and have the power to make us feel and act in a specific way. This means that the colors we choose for the spaces will influence people’s moods on a daily basis and this is why they should be well thought out.

For example, “fond orange” increases energy and enthusiasm. It remembers the summer, warmth, fun, freedom. The “scared blue” radiates peace and serenity. It is a refreshing and engaging color. The “sleepy green” promotes the love of nature and transmits vitality. No colour acts alone within a space and our reactions to colour vary according to our emotional state and our experience and culture.

That’s why DAM explores different colors so that the products say something about the personality of each one. Promotes a positive mood in the spaces. Combines colours and transform the spaces more comfortable and warm places to be in.

Inspired by the aviator’s helmet, the upholstery rests on a platform of wood. The base of the chair resembles the floats of a floatplane, reinforcing the impression to users to take off in an adventure.
