15/09/2020 - ADA 2020 is at a turning point. The September 21, 2020 deadline for participating in the Archiproducts Design Awards for excellence in international design is almost here. Companies still have a few more days to submit their products and be among the winners of the fifth edition!

This year is special. The 2020 edition was launched even more enthusiastically than ever before. In today's historic moment, the intent was to encourage and support work whose production required great strength, ingenuity and sacrifice. To celebrate a possible future, without fear.

Studio Libeskind, Kelly Wearstler, Rossana Orlandi, Domitilla Dardi, Formafantasma and DIMORESTUDIO are just some of the names of the over 60 jurors called upon to evaluate the submissions. The jury will vote to define a longlist, a first selection that will move into the competition's final phase. The winners selected from the longlist will be announced during the first week of November.

Designed again this year by the Valencia-based studio MUT Design, the brand trophy is the result of renewed collaboration with ADA 2020 partner De Castelli. This sculptural object plays with the oxidation of metal and the optical illusion of the Möbius strip.

In addition to oxidized metal, Salvatori's natural stone will be used to produce a new trophy for the designers of the winning products. The trophy was conceived by one of the most acclaimed names on the international design scene, Cyprus-born Michael Anastassiades.

The deadline for the Archiproducts Design Awards 2020 is coming up in just a few days! Companies have until September 21st to submit their products. Do you want to participate in the fifth edition of the ADA Award? Apply now to be among those who will rewrite the history of contemporary design.
