Folk

Folk

Folk by PearsonLloyd
Folk is a mercurial, but modest family of chair, stool and table designed for Allermuir by PearsonLloyd. Its earthy simplicity just feels right, like it’s a design that’s always been around. Originally intended purely as a bistro chair, it mutated into something more versatile, suitable for a diverse range and size of settings.
Folk

Folk

Folk is both timeless in its seemingly familiar design, and timely in its modest and ingenious flexibility. A range of wood, plastic and metal finishes, different colors and upholstery options allow you to change Folk’s flavor so that it can appear like a range of different chairs that somehow sit together harmoniously in one space. And crucially, Folk is flatpack, its parts piecing together simply and efficiently without glue. Developed with minimum usage of sustainable materials, the range constitutes a meaningful contribution in a world of over production.

Obris’s welcoming design is available in a two and three seater sofa plus chair creating a series of flexible and contemporary furniture suitable for a range of applications.
Kin

Kin

Kin by PearsonLloyd
Kin is a family of elegantly strong mono-shell seating designed for Allermuir by PearsonLloyd. And ‘family’ was the ethos from the very beginning. Often, a range develops from an original design for a single piece and is then stretched to apply to other typologies, but Kin’s purpose was to be one coherent and harmonious collective.

So, there are no poor cousins, just strong, compelling characters allowed to thrive alone or together in a diverse and demanding array of settings. Kin’s two standout characteristics are beauty and efficiency. No matter the model, you will encounter maximum comfort created by a minimum use of materials. The range comprises a tub chair, an arm chair, a side chair and stool, but with myriad base, color and plastic or upholstery options, the family extends to multiple interlinked possibilities that will always bear a likeness to one other.

FortySeven by Allermuir Design
Allermuir’s range of classic tables has been reinvented, because no matter how good a product is, it can always be better. That’s what perfection is all about. These simple, elegant and versatile tables are still constructed with the same meticulous attention to detail and quality but have now been sculpted and crafted to give FortySeven a softer and more delicate silhouette with ultimate stability in mind.

New details include a subtly flared stem and a refined edge profile on the table tops. In addition the sturdy bases create a pleasing shadow and give the impression they are floating.
