07/09/2020 - Following the marble-look trend for interior design, Ariostea presents Michelangelo Altissimo and Imperial Gray, two new ceramic surfaces that expand Ultra Marmi, the collection that reinterprets the marble stones.

With Michelangelo Altissimo and Ultra Imperial Grey, Ariostea proposes a new texture within a vast vocabulary of ceramic products, an extraordinary element for achieving any design concept, pushing the creative horizons of architects and designers further and further away.

Michelangelo Altissimo, the new texture in the Ultra Marmi collection by Ariostea takes its name from the sculptor who, more than any other, has made this marble eternal. It was in the quarries of the Apuan Alps that Michelangelo searched for the most beautiful blocks of marble for his creations, and it is thanks to the technological know-how that has developed over the years that Ariostea is now able to re-propose all its charm in its own large slabs.

The eclectic and diversified beauty of marble returns in a surface that stands out for its characteristic veins and grey nuances that cross over the white base colour, giving the material its unique personality. The Ultra Marmi Imperial Grey large slabs evoke antique charm, classic with a modern twist, in time that seems suspended between the past and future.

In addition to the technical characteristics that are typical of Ultra slabs, it is possible to ‘eco-activate’ the surfaces of Imperial Grey, thanks to the patented ACTIVE Surfaces technology; this makes the slabs anti-pollutant, antibacterial, anti-odour and self-cleaning, thus effectively helping to improve the quality of life and well-being of those who choose them.
