06/02/2025 - An Iroko wood profile designs the new Musola modular outdoor sofa: Boira is the new collection designed by Carlos Guijarro that the Spanish brand will present at the Salone del Mobile.Milano 2025.
For the first time, Musola uses wood as an essential element of its production. Boira combines the warmth of Iroko wood with the resistance of stainless steel, creating a refuge of comfort thanks to its modular structure and the use of high-quality materials.
Like the morning mist that gives its name to the collection—“Boira,” meaning fog in Valencian—it emerges as an invitation to rest and contemplation. Its soft, cozy forms embody the ethereal gentleness of mist. its smooth contours and generous padding create an embrace akin to humid air on a winter morning, transforming each seat into a refuge where time seems to stand still. Just as the mist blurs the boundaries between sky and earth, this collection dissolves the lines between indoor comfort and outdoor durability.
The essence of Boira lies in its versatility, offering multiple configurations adaptable to various spaces. From linear modules to innovative island seating with backrests and rounded corners, it allows for personalized solutions for both private and public settings. The collection is complemented by side tables in two heights—18 and 30 cm—and lateral modules, all crafted with high-quality materials such as technical porcelain, ensuring durability and style in any environment.
The combination of foams and microfiber in the cushions, along with outdoor-resistant fabrics from premium brands such as Sunbrella and Agora, ensures that each piece in this collection delivers maximum comfort without sacrificing aesthetics.
