Concrete, Mortar or Resin: HDsurface Surfaces for the Bathroom

Placing cement and resin in synergy, PerfectCombination is a decorative system that enables the utmost design versatility by uniting the naturalness and spontaneity of cement with the durability, elasticity and water resistance of resin.‎ A surface with a clouded effect, featuring ever-changing chiaroscuro interplays that evoke all the tactile intensity of cement, but with a minimal style.

 

Private apartment, Lecce

HDsurface and its surfaces contributed to the renovation of a historic building in Lecce, where architect Francesco Greco restyled the interiors of an antique home in full compatibility with its history, conserving its original features. The home’s bathrooms were finished with PerfectCombination, a surface consisting of a water-based coloured mortar covering.

Luxury home, Cavriana

A luxury home of simple, tasteful authenticity, in which HDsurface surfaces enhance and decorate the interiors. The house, designed by architect Fulvia Bazoli, stands in the greenest surroundings, in a continuous dialogue between indoors and outdoors. The surfaces of the bathroom were finished with the PerfectCombination collection, which once again becomes the room’s most distinctive feature thanks to its iconic mottled effect. 

 

CoverHD is an opaque nanoresin able to coat any surface, transforming its appearance.‎ Easy to apply, it is suitable for covering walls, floors, furniture, doors and window frames and for renewing old resins. The effect is opaque and monochrome.‎ It can be applied on wood, metal, plastic, concrete, ceramics, fabric and natural and synthetic materials.‎ With a particularly thin coat thickness, it caresses them, conserving and enhancing their qualities and their natural vibrancy.

HDsurface covered the floors and bathrooms of a private apartment in the heart of Milan. The CoverHD collection was chosen to dialogue with the eclectic interior design, which combines different styles and inspirations. 

Luxury Home, Como

Architect Vito Ruscio chose HDsurface materials to cover the interiors of an apartment in Como with exquisite, light-filled rooms. The company’s various collections combine to create attractive contrasts between an industrial style and a tactile, shabby-chic effect. The surfaces of the bathroom area were covered with CoverHD.

 

GeoTexture is a ready-to-use monolithic covering, an easily applied mortar that does not require mixing or catalysts and offers professionals new opportunities for the creation of 'bespoke' surfaces. Thanks to its user-friendliness, the vast range of colours available and its excellent mechanical properties, such as resistance to water, it is also ideal in the most demanding contexts, such as shower trays and kitchen worktops.

Luxury home in Monza designed by architect Gerda Vossaert, who pursues an original idea of beauty, where a seductive emotion is born from the matter itself: HDsurface products cover the floors, walls and bathroom surfaces to give life to this concept. With its compact look, the GeoTexture collection chosen for this project bonds different architectural features together like an even, continuous skin, but with a strong visual and tactile identity. 

 

Alchimie collection is a unique range of water-based coverings made by combining natural materials such as metals and lava stones, which created amazing textures for vertical surfaces, brimming with personality and vibrantly three-dimensional: Alchimie Metalli and Alchimie Pietre. Metalli: a range that thus accurately reproduces the effect of sheet metals in the corten, iron, oxidized copper, black oxide and bronze oxide finishes, with outstanding ease of application and versatility in use.‎

Pietre: it is ideal for interiors with a natural look and a vibrant warmth, with the colours of the earth, such as volcano black, scorched brown, basalt grey, lava red and sulphur green, for surfaces that express the strength and communicative power of natural materials.‎

HDsurface took part in an original project by covering the interiors and bathroom zone of a private apartment in Milan, where the Alchimie collection became the undisputed star of the design scheme. The apartment utilised the Pietre collection, with colours that give interiors a natural look with great expressive power, visible in the Nero Vulcano, Grigio Basalto and Marrone Bruciato finishes.
