12/03/2025 - On the occasion of Milan Design Week from April 8-13, 2025, Davide Groppi's latest lamps will be on display at Euroluce and at the space at Via Manzoni 38 in Milan. Among the new products, Set is a versatile and combinable lighting system inspired by photographers' equipment.
The concept starts from the idea of space as a photographic set, a place to interpret and transform through light, with the same freedom and precision of those who shape a photography framing.
A base, a modular stem, a moving and adjustable projector that adapts to every need, to direct the light with a gesture and define perspectives and volumes with precision.
Diffusers, reflectors, filters, dark light, optical snoots: accessories that allow to sculpt the light, to shape it, to go from direct and incisive to soft and diffused light.
A small invention ensures the constant tension of the thin power cable, transformed into a suspended line, a graphic sign in space that disappears and at the same time becomes part of the project.
Davide Groppi lamps are a meeting point between poetry and industry, between functionality and aesthetics, in an essential dialogue that enhances the purity of light without invading space. Light becomes a tool that offers freedom and interaction.
Sustainability means subtraction and essence, reducing the superfluous and working with pure forms and minimal materials. Each lamp is the perfect synthesis of lightness, function and emotion.
