Draenert at Imm Cologne 2014

New items on show

15/01/2014 - Draenert presents its collections to the german audience during the IMM Cologne trade show. A real highlight and world novelty presented at the showcase is the chair SIRO with a function in the front edge to adjust to the individual body height!

Siro- Design by Georg Appeltshauser 2013
Omnis homo unicus – Every human being is unique. In this spirit the SIRO chair has been developed – unpretentious and space structuring. The ingenious highlight of this unique technical innovation is the flexible and adjustable front edge of the seat, which can be steplessly adjusted by a manual switch and which causes a smaller or larger seat depth. This enables the user to adjust the SIRO chair to his individual body height. The seat and the backrest consist of a one piece shell which is completely foamed and which offers this extraordinary comfort. This gives rise to a masterpiece of elegance.

Manolo - Design by Stephan Veit 2013
An ensemble consisting of coffee and side tables, which implements a very aesthetical vision: the use of natural stone as a filigree design element for the living areas. The legs of bent steel tube run diagonally and give the table its necessary stability. The stone table top appears vaguely because of the flowing soft edge. This creates a very gentle silhouette.

Lift IV - Design by Patric Draenert 2013
The 1010 is a technically sophisticated redefinition of the classic 1010 table with LIFT function. For an improved operating convenience a new LIFT mechanism with a self-blocking gas spring has been developed: By turning the table top slightly, the locking will be released and allows a stepless height adjustment according to each situation. The formal specialty is the Draenert typical calyx – the connection element of the center column and the table top, respectively the base plate. This calyx has advanced meanwhile to a striking stylistic device of modern elegance. As addition the base plate of glass is now as well available in chrome-polished or matt-chromed.

Francis Solid Wood - Design by Gino Carollo 2013
The newest addition to the table model FRANCIS in stone is now as well available entirely in solid wood. The table top and the wooden legs form a whole, which appears modern and timeless. The legs of trapezoidal shape give the table that certain something and moreover provide a good stability. The connection of the wooden legs to the table top is the result of a sophisticated construction. From a straight shape at the legs, the edge of the table top tapers towards the centre between the legs to a curved Italian edge and provides a light and graceful impression.

Francis Stone - Design by Gino Carollo 2012
FRANCIS is a talent in combining two very authentic natural materials: stone and wood. Due to the unique material character the table top of natural stone is a solitaire. The legs in trapezoidal shape give the table that certain something and moreover provide a good stability. The connection of the wooden legs to the table top is the result of a sophisticated construction. From a straight shape at the legs, the edge of the table top tapers towards the centre between the legs to a curved Italian edge and provides a light and graceful impression.

Nobile Swing - Design by Gino Carollo 2013
We like to introduce a new member of the NOBILE family: The cantilever chair. The extraordinary sitting comfort is possible due to the high quality seat belting and the backrest with the soft upholstery. Anything but mainstream is the chair frame. The elliptic tube is mitre jointed and gives the chair its striking contour.
