27/05/2022 - Flou presents its new outdoor collection in the Samsung District on Milan’s Via Mike Bongiorno as part of the events associated with the 60th edition of the Milan Furniture Salon. It is a special location dedicated to innovation and hi-tech developed by Samsung. On this special occasion it has welcomed the comfort of the Flou collections to project a new and contemporary vision of outdoor living.
Exclusive, stylish outdoor zones for relaxation and conversation have been created in front of the Samsung building. Centerstage are pieces of Flou’s outdoor collections – sofas, armchairs and sun loungers from the Gaudì collection, designed by Matteo Nunziati – and armchairs, poufs and coffee tables from the Pierre collection, designed by Studio Contromano – and these have been joined by Samsung’s The Terrace TV for an unprecedented visual experience even when outdoors.
The delicate range of colours used to embellish the furnishings is an authentic shift to lightness and freshness, with materials carefully selected for their resistance and innovative fabrics chosen for their technical performance, without compromising the soft welcoming textures. This is a new world of furnishings developed by Flou, dedicated to people who enjoy outdoor living without forfeiting comfort or beauty.
The Flou-Samsung partnership extends to the Salone’s main exhibition facility The Korean brand’s most innovative products have been included in the displays on the Flou stand, enriching every ambience with tech- nology and innovation.
In addition to The Terrace for outdoor use, the Living area will also include the Neo QLED 8K and 4K of the 2022 line-up that offer an unparalleled image quality with an elegant form factor, and The Frame, the exclusive TV that transforms into a work of art when switched off.
