The three projects are linked by two common threads.

The first is the design itself, which always arises from a careful survey of the furniture typologies and a deep formal study. The ensemble is created with simple materials, consistent finishings and bold colors, creating linear and almost graphic outputs.

The second is the attention paid to the product user. The products envelop, engage, and interact with the user in a dynamic way that starts off as a suggestion, but welcomes boundless imagination.

OIKOI low tables
OIKOI is the ancient Greek word for houses. Throughout history, houses, and buildings in general, have been covered by 3 major roof typologies: vaulted, pitched and flat (volta, falda and piana in italian). Inspired by these architectural archetypes, OIKOI low tables are made of minimalistic house-shaped structures which come in 24 size versions, offering endless combinations and allowing everyone to play and create small “urban landscapes”. The project playfulness is highlighted by the removable tops which are available in 6 bold colors. Oikoi by Frattinifrilli

DANIELE coat hanger
In DANIELE, the making process is minimized: semi-finished wood rods are cut to size and pre-drilled while the user only has to assemble the parts with ordinary screws. There are up to twenty available hanging points, more than in other coat racks. The lower level rods allow to hang smaller objects like bags and umbrellas. Daniele by Frattinifrilli

TUGA mirror
The TUGA mirror converts the classic floor mirror which leans on a wall into a three-dimensional piece of furniture. The frame is replaced by a Corian shell which accommodates the mirror and envelopes the reflected figure while on the rear of the mirror, it converges leaning against the wall, filling the back with its dynamic shape. The shell perimeter is completely detached from the wall creating a subtle feeling of suspension.Tuga by Frattinifrilli
