Nordic atmospheres and sensations: Moroso at Stockholm Furniture Fair 2023

08/02/2023 - The sofas and armchairs Moroso Pebble Rubble transform the hall of the Stockholm Furniture Fair 2023 into a Nordic forest: a sensory experience - the work of the Swedish duo Front awarded the Guest of Honour 2023 award - in which Moroso furnishings are dressed in lights, suggestive sounds and projections. The immersive installation investigates the possible therapeutic effects of nature on the physical and mental health of people, a path that sees the sofas of the Pebble Rubble collection at the center of the scene.
The Moroso collection exhibited in Stockholm is covered with Arda fabrics, designed by Swedish designers and created by Kvadrat Febrik. The coating - whose development starts from the photographic scanning and transposition of patterns and natural surfaces - is designed together with the Pebble Rubble Collection. Moroso proposes 16 colors for the sofas and armchairs of the collection, 3 of which exclusive, offer the possibility of changing appearance to every single element of the line, ranging from shades and shades of different minerals and rocks to the soft texture of moss, lichens and the first snow.  The Moroso stand, in an additional space inside the fair, will exhibit the Gogan sofa and the Ruff armchairs by Patricia Urquiola together with the Secret Cubic Shelves bookcase by the Danish-Icelandic artist Olafur Eliasson.
