MGS at the Milano Design Week
10/04/2018 - New important partnerships and novelties for MGS at the Milano Design Week. Many top firms chose the MGS solutions for kitchen, bathroom and outdoor for their booths and for the showrooms being set up for this important yearly event: from Riva1920 to Modulnova, from Abimis to Xera and Isabagno. But it is in the prestigious Showroom of via Durini, in the heart of the Milano Design Week that the company awaits clients and architects. Here the exclusive Solid Stainless Steel collections are the perfect complement of the stunning Binova kitchens, along with other exceptional partners. It is here that MGS displays the many novelties that are soon going to be expanding the product range.

Among the kitchen models the Vela SD: a new member of the iconic Vela family. Characterized by the taller and sleeker design than the best seller Vela D, it comes with a longer hand shower which allows a better grip and ease of use. Like the Vela D it is offered in matte and polished stainless steel, as well as in the PDF finishes Black Steel, Titanium, Rose Gold and Yellow Gold, both over matte and polished steel. Years of expertise in the treatment of stainless steel surfaces can be seen at first sight: the surfaces are perfectly smooth and uniform, colors are warm and consistent.

Spin HC: an absolute novelty for MGS, a point of use tap for filtered water and boiling water. The Spin HC is a perfect pair with kitchen faucets of the Spin and Vela ranges, and it is also offered in all the finishes, allowing to complete the perfect kitchen suite.

Among the bath collections we find the Ergon range. What was an optional knurled handle has now been redesigned and creates it’s own dedicated collection: the new handle is more ergonomic with or without lever. MGS is always developing new products keeping in mind not only the aesthetics and highest quality levels, but also the ease of use.

Salone is also the occasion for the market launch of Penta, the new bath collection of which a sneak peek was offered at London 100% design. Developed by design studio ErvasBasilicoGirardi, it was born by the attentive study of the potentials offered by CNC machining from solid stainless steel bars. The shape is carved from stainless steel and it is steel itself that seems to soften and twist. Once again the result is a handle offering a perfect grasp, an almost soft feeling when holding it in your fingers. This series as well is offered in matte and polished stainless steel and in the exclusive PVD finishes.
