Nuura's Liila collection for a new project in Copenhagen
04/07/2019 - In May 2019 Hello Coco opened in Copenhagen. The interior is a sophisticated clash of glitter, animal print and bamboo. The women behind the concept are the three owners of the Hello Coco bar Frederikke Emma Rubow, Mille Skaarup and Laura Schrøder. They wanted to create a setting and atmosphere where creativity and parties can evolve into an unforgettable night!

'We want Hello Coco to be both sophisticated, provocative and laid back at the same time' the three owners explain. 'Imagine Coco Chanel in a silver sequin dress and 12 cm leopard stilettos with a huge pitcher of Pina Colada in her arms.'

Most of the interior they built with the help of carpenters and the floor is made of glitter epoxy - it's a place where all senses are awakened!

Hello Coco chose lamps from Nuura's Liila collection. They wanted lighting that was playful and sophisticated. The result is two Liila 12 Optic chandeliers next to the dancefloor and several Liila 1 Large Optic Clear/Nordic Gold at the private booths and in the toilet area. The lamps add just what the owners were looking for - a playful and sophisticated light.
