13/03/2023 - Terracreta is the tactile and material exploration of clay, a traditional and extremely contemporary element. The Marca Corona stoneware coverings combine ancient processing techniques and artisanal decoration to give the ceramic a clay effect rich in suggestions, typical of a family home.

The study of the material and technological innovation, promoted by the Emilian company of porcelain stoneware floors and walls, have made possible the reproduction of the imperfections of a raw material such as natural clay. The irregularities and decorations are returned with a final handmade and realistic effect.

Terracreta is the collection of Marca Corona porcelain tiles that is simple yet extremely rich. Its four neutral backgrounds, with a natural and dusty appearance, are emphasized by three types of decorative patterns: the inclusions of glassy grit, the plasticity of the modelled material and the pictorial line typical of the majolica effect.

The natural material is reproduced in the Forma pattern, the clay-effect stoneware covering with a succession of arches engraved on the surface. Its use on the wall is indicated to create material coverings capable of decorating the entire room in a discreet way.

Intense shades of blue with deep reflections put the walls at the center of attention: Marca Corona porcelain tiles with deep blue and three-dimensional surface bring the ceramic to its maximum expression, thanks to the union of reactive grits and metallic glazes with iridescent reflections.
