Sossego... A Warm Tranquility
07/06/2019 - Sossego will appear in three spaces at NeoCon 2019 and unveil exciting new designs. A first-floor center pass-through features “Dias Chuvosos: A Rainy Afternoon on the Veranda,” an installation by Brazilian designer Guilherme Wentz which explores disconnection from the modern world to discover sossego (that’s Portuguese for “a warm tranquility.”)

The Brazilian Relaxation Lounge is directly across from the showroom at Suite 1445. Open daily, Brazilian treats and cafezinho will be served and guests are invited to rest in the Pitu Chaise Lounge Chairs or rock in a Gisele Balanço. Designers Aristeu Pires and Guilherme Wentz will be on site Monday for photo op, interview, and conversation.

The Sossego [so-SAY-go] showroom, open year-round in Suite 1445, will showcase new designs: The Liz Stackable Chair, a solid wood design that stacks up to eight; the Malu Lounge Chair, with fully upholstered seat and back; and the Nina Armchair, a guest or dining seat with a most comfortable back, suggestive of a hammock’s hug; all by Aristeu Pires. Join the movement that is modern Brazilian design to relax and disconnect: the new luxury. Sossego... A Warm Tranquility
