Industrial aesthetics and Nordic allure for Vipp kitchens

Modular and designed to last forever, Vipp kitchens include two collections: the V1 kitchen and the very recent V2 kitchen.

The V1 kitchen
Vipp’s first kitchen design - the V1 kitchen - was introduced in 2011. While refinements have been made over the years, the basic design in steel remains the same.

The V1 kitchen is available in four different modules: island-, island with seating-, wall-, and tall module. Whether fitted for open-plan cooking, a classic workstation against the wall or for maximum storage, each module can be composed of up to 10 units. The V1 kitchen is available in three powder-coated colour variants, black, grey, and white, with a stainless-steel worktop.  

"Vipp kitchen are based on everything we’ve learned about metalwork since Vipp was founded in 1939. A kitchen is a tool, not decoration. Our ambition is to bring functional principles and industrial aesthetics into the private home,” said Kasper Egelund, CEO and 3rd generation owner of Vipp. 

The V2 kitchen
Ten years after the launch of the V1 kitchen, Vipp's second kitchen system, the V2 kitchen, was introduced in 2021. The V2 kitchen brings a new palette of materials onboard: the fine-grained Jura limestone from Germany’s Alp region and dark oak, also sourced locally in Europe.

“While our first kitchen made in steel presented a raw and refined industrial design, the V2 kitchen is crafted in wood, stone, glass and metal adding a new organic tactility and materiality to our kitchen design,” declared Kasper Egelund, CEO and 3rd generation owner of Vipp. 

The cabinet fronts of this Vipp kitchen are available in dark oak, reeded glass, and anodized aluminum. Rounded aluminum profiles with reeded details serve as discreet, integrated drawer and cabinet grips.
