29/03/2012 - Vitamin Design present Table Slim: the transverse wood lamellas, the aluminium frame and the finely chamfered edge all make this model a character and at the same time lend lightness to it.
The extending table is available at basic (unextended) lengths from 160 centimeters (63") to 220 centimeters (86 5/8"). In addition, the model, having an integrated foldout plate, can be extended by up to 117 centimeters (46 1/8").
This procedure is very simple: the solid wood table top covers perfect technology that easily and quickly makes “Slim” go beyond itself. Yet “Slim” is not only intended for home comfort; this stylish novelty also inspires new ideas as an impressive meeting table.
About vitamin design
Vitamin design manufactures solid wood furniture with that certain something. Gintaras Grabliauskas, the company’s founder, has studied forestry, and by now he cooperates with over 100 partners in Germany, Austria, Italy, and Switzerland.
Thanks to their up-to-date design the prospective classics from vitamin design are subtly presented based on ecological requirements and timeless modernity.
The customer may rely on the fact that all tables, chairs, benches, shelves, and beds – be it those from European oak and knotted oak, ash, beech, core beech, walnut, or cherrywood – originate where possible from sustainable forestry, FSC-certified cultivation and nearly exclusively from Europe.
