For this years fair, Marivi Calvo, envisioned something different from previous years. Working closely with designers Chmara.Rosinke, Marivi has developed a stand that feels lighter and which posses autonomous spaces where lamps can be displayed individually, like in a home environment, yet remaining interconnected with their surroundings. The stand also introduces to the public, LZF´s new Telling Tales photo campaign for 2016. Inspired by the work of painter Edward Hopper and Hitchcock’s classic film ‘Rear Window’, the campaign contributes to the stands retro look through the use of colours, cinematic light and shadow. The new Swirl pendant lamp designed by Ray Power, is handmade by intertwined curved Timberlite® wood veneers and really gets your imagination flowing. In white it looks like whipped cream, in red it could be a giant rose, in blue the darkest storm cloud, in turquoise a crystalline sea, in orange a raging fire, in yellow; pure happiness. Whatever the color the SWIRL will iluminate your world and inspire your imagination.

The Frankfurt Light + Building show runs from the 13th -18th March, where you will be able to locate LZF Lamps at Hall 1.1 Stand C10.
