Yellow and Blue in Carpets
18/07/2019 - Unusual patterns, complex workmanship and precious raw materials: the identity of the Mohebban Milano rugs goes through endless variations, all united by the common thread of color. New expressions and contaminations of distant worlds can be read in the proposals in shades of yellow and blue, from Nomadismi (by Elena Caponi) and Plano (by Miguel Reguero), from the Editions series, to LinesVintage and Touch for Collections. A succession of vertical hand-carved lines in relief are interrupted by rectangles of different colors, which as tesserae embellish the rigor of the base design. Thanks to the particular cross-reference of colors that are found in the collection, Lines is very suitable to be used by combining two models of different colors, creating a unique rug. The use of viscose makes the carpet soft and pleasant to the touch.
All the rugs in this collection are available in different sizes and colors. It is also possible to customize each model by requiring dimensions and color combinations that better meet your needs.

Each rug in Vintage collection is a unique, precious and irreplaceable model. A treasure of the past made contemporary by the transformation and overdyeing process that abstracts and decontextualizes the original decor. The motifs of the 3D Vintage models are hand-carved, which gives the product a distinctive three-dimensional effect. All the rugs in the Vintage collection are available in different sizes, designs and you can choose from a wide range of 21 shades of color.

Suggestions, tales and forms meet up to create Nomadismi, the carpet collection full of chromatic and tactile contrasts. Travel amulets held together by a long thread that unveils a central heart gently closed by a tassel.

Plano is a collection of rugs that is born from the architectural concept of slopes. At the center there is a soft silk rectangular heart that turns into more complex planimetric versions. This geometrical shape creates a linear space ready to be furnished with a free and informal layout, a mix of of relief and depth on a flat surface. The Plano collection features simple simple designs but rich of personality, materials and execution.

The Mimetico rugs conclude the Plano collection, like a seal. These rugs play with monochromatic colors and changes in material with carving techniques that characterize the design. Elegant carpets with infinite possibilities to fit in any space, blending or in contrast with the environment.
