OLEV is an Italian company that produces designer lamps for both indoor and outdoor use with LED technology and intelligent lighting. It does not just create simple lighting devices, but always adds extra value: some of its lamps can absorb noise, purify the air, and mimic the variations of sunlight. Recent scientific studies have shown that light has a huge influence on people's mood and sense of vitality. LED technology and a lighting project designed by professionals allow for numerous benefits, such as automatically adjusting lighting based on the amount of natural light, modulating light intensity, connecting lighting to home automation to illuminate only when and where needed, and integrating light into architecture to create unique aesthetic details and emotional scenarios. The quality of OLEV lamps has led to their choice for illuminating important venues such as the headquarters of Mercedes-Benz in Berlin, the halls of the famous Langosteria restaurant in Milan and Paris, and the Ministry of Finance building in Abu Dhabi. Each lamp is treated as a unique work of art, hand-assembled, and tested at the Colceresa plant in Italy.

OLEV, indoor and outdoor LED lighting

Mercedes indoor luminaires feature a downward-facing light ideal for office workstations. It combines maximum functionality with minimalist lines, making it perfect for furnishing modern, designer workspaces. Mercedes, whose name recalls the iconic German car manufacturer, was explicitly created by OLEV for the new Mercedes headquarters in the heart of Berlin. Thanks to its micro-prismatic polycarbonate diffuser, people working on computers benefit from great visual comfort in full compliance with European standards for workplace illumination. The Green Silence wall-mounted or pendant lamp features panels that provide pleasant ambient light, combined with innovative acoustic comfort. Green is characterised by natural Scandinavian lichen green panels - a material that remains cool and soft over time. It is antistatic, does not require water and creates a hostile environment for insect reproduction. Eclipse Nuance Silence is a decorative pendant lamp with a refined design. Collaboration between OLEV and renowned designer Marc Sadler resulted in a unique sound-absorbing fixture created from material never before used in lighting - thin micro-perforated sheet metal. The lamp is part of the collection of OLEV design lamps created to combine the comfort of optimal lighting with acoustic well-being and comfort. Exagon Silence allows for the creation of hexagonal compositions for diffused upward and downward lighting. Internally the lamp has sound-absorbing micro-perforated sheet metal panels that meet the highest standards for contract and professional spaces. Exagon Silence is designed to furnish and create comfortable spaces in airports, lounges, offices, restaurants and schools.
OLEV's interiors proposals are always pleasantly surprising. Antartic, a table lamp with a contemporary design, features a steel base that houses the LED source and supports a blown glass diffuser characterised by an irregular spherical shape that creates a pleasant and non-invasive play of light. Moreover, a pin located in the upper part of the glass allows users to change the sphere's position to direct light and calibrate its intensity.

OLEV's solutions revolutionised the lighting sector with its use of LED technology. The company's unique lamps combine design and wellness technology that enhance colours and the quality of the finishes. Zoe is a LED fixture that can be used individually or in compositions, ideal for creating striking lighting compositions in gardens, parks and terraces. Its aesthetic distinction lies in a thin steel rod decorated with a delicate leaf motif to create a camouflage effect in the vegetation. The Boom floor lamp has a slender and minimalist line, ideal for indoor and outdoor use. A cylindrical aluminium spotlight supported by two carbon rods is fixed to a marble base with various slots to adjust the inclination of the light beam. Available in two versions that exceed two and four metres, height is the key to this floor lamp particularly suitable for very tall rooms. The Mini Dot recessed ceiling spotlight has an elegant supporting ring.
