Overview

Rototranslating system By ADL

Type

Rototranslating door system

Manufacture year

2024

The ADL rototranslating system allows the panels to rotate on their own centre distance and move up to the wall without the need for any floor track.‎ This technology allows you to have panels up to 130 cm wide, which when closed are on the same plane and perfectly aligned with each other, and when open free up over 90% of the passageway.‎ It is possible to create any type of composition, from a single door to a pair, up to the largest composition made up of 5 doors.‎ The length of the ceiling track is strictly linked to the quantity of doors used (maximum 5) and the sum of their width (maximum 130 cm each).‎

It is possible to fit the rototranslating technology to all the main ADL door styles, from the essential Mitica to the iconic Officina series as well as the sophisticated Line, Deco and Japo styles up to the Tesa model in honeycomb wood; the system actually turns into a real wall which, by opening completely, almost completely frees up the passage space.‎
