AMAGEL A2, the evolution of the species of Airgel-based insulating products.
AMAGEL A2 represents an important new step in the development of nanotechnological insulating products based on silica airgel.
It is composed of a flexible insulating matrix based on glass fibers and a high concentration of nanoporous airgel, capable of guaranteeing the best thermal performance in all application conditions.
In the search for maximum thermal protection, AMAGEL A2 acts as an essential insulator for its unique properties: extremely low thermal conductivity - 0.015 W / (m * K) -, superior flexibility, compressive strength, hydrophobicity and ease of use. AMAGEL A2 can be used in a temperature range between -200 ° C and + 650 ° C.
AMAGEL A2, available in thicknesses of 3, 6 or 10 mm, allows to optimize internal spaces in building applications for commercial and residential buildings, guaranteeing the highest thermal resistance values for the same thickness with conventional insulating materials.
Its use allows to obtain important results in complex situations, for example in the insulation of windows or roof sections, ensuring an effective increase in the total energy efficiency of the building with excellent thermal and acoustic results.
Thanks to the maximum R values per unit of surface compared to any insulating material, AMAGEL A2 is the ideal coating for the highest energy efficiency in the construction of dry walls, under floors, roofs, counter frames and window frames.
Unlike rigid and pre-formed insulators, AMAGEL A2 adapts perfectly to any shape or design: the mat is soft and flexible, physically robust but with excellent recovery of shape and design performance even after any compression phenomena under load.
Its specific composition also ensures the best fire resistance performance (Euroclass A2) thus allowing application in very demanding conditions of use or where higher level performance is required.
AMAGEL A2 has achieved the CE marking which certifies compliance with all energy requirements, the performance required by the European Union and meeting the strictest quality and safety standards.
