Painting with an impregnating agent or a water-based monocomponent paint consists of 3 different phases:
- the first phase consists in the application of a transparent or colored fungicide impregnating agent by immersion and drying process at a constant temperature;
- the second phase consists in the application of a thixotropic water-based coating with an air-pressure sprayer to protect doors and windows from UV radiation, drying process at a constant temperature, sanding with an automatic sanding machine and final wiping with inspection of the pieces;
- the third phase consists in the application of a moist film of thixotropic water-based finish with an air-pressure sprayer in the quantity of 300 microns, drying process at a constant temperature, final inspection of the pieces.‎

PAINTING: The paints used on all our frames are BIO, in fact we have paid special attention to the production cycle, choosing health first.‎ No more oil, cutting carbon dioxide emissions and above all attention to people's health.‎

Painting performed with BIO water-based impregnating agent or single-component varnish with a three-coat painting cycle:

- the first coat consists of the application of transparent or coloured fungicide impregnating agent by immersion and drying in a constant temperature environment;

- the second coat consists of the application in air-mix of a thixotropic water-based primer to protect the window frame from UV rays, drying in a constant temperature environment, sanding with an automatic brushing machine and dusting with inspection of the pieces;

- the third coat consists of the application of thixotropic water-based air-mix finish for exteriors in the quantity of 300 micorn of wet film, drying in a constant temperature environment, re-sanding and inspection of the pieces.‎

Available in the following versions

Total Customisation
Even in the classic versions, all our windows and doors can be fully customised at the design stage.‎ Each door or window can in fact be tailored to the customer's needs: dimensions, shapes, colour, as well as all the individual accessories installed.‎

Version
Plexiglass and portholes are designed to maximise the glazed surface area of a window or door, without altering energy performance or noise reduction, maximising light and design in a uniquely elegant solution.‎ They limit the size of the opening and can produce non-standard sized frames.‎

Armouring
Window frames can be armoured by inserting a series of reinforcing elements in the hardware and in the core of the frame itself, which provide greater security against tampering and burglary and raise the certified burglary resistance class to RC2.‎

Acoustic insulation
Our windows meet all legal sound insulation requirements.‎ They are designed and manufactured for high performance in terms of noise absorption, and it is also possible to install double-glazing with sound-absorbing layers for higher levels of absorption.‎
