Clean lines and attention to detail characterize the frame WOOD 78 that represents the wooden window par excellence and encloses in itself beauty, quality of materials and energy efficiency. Customizable to measure and in finishes, even with modern or stylish glass holders and with smaller frame profiles.
Fixed perimetral frame made of stiles and rails with a molded profile, section 78×83 mm, assembled at an angle of 90° with a mortise and tenon joint and glued with a "B3" vinyl glue, alongside the bottom rail there is an aluminium "rain drip" profile fastened to the bottom rail with clips and covered externally by a wooden profile which is applied with a joint and an HSM high-resistance instant adhesive, with a milling to introduce the sealing.
On French doors the bottom "rain drip" is of bronze or silver aluminium with a thermal break profile and it is designed to lodge a sealing;
Glass panels made of stiles and rails with a molded profile, section 78×85 mm, assembled at an angle of 90° with a double mortise and tenon joint and glued with a "B3" vinyl glue, along the handle-side stile of the secondary panel there is another molded profile of wood called "little stile", section 68×78 mm, that works as the rabbet on which the main panel beats.
On panels there is a channel for the automatic air-conditioning system of the glass (ANTI-CONDENSATION.
Mirror wall on windows and French doors made of an insulated glazing system with acoustic, thermal and safety-related values in compliance with the law, except for different requests.
The insulated glazing system is supported by an internal glass-stopping perimetral frame of laminated wood molded profiles with an external silicone seal;
Sealing system formed by a double-sealing of vulcanized TPE along the fixed frame's perimeter in opposition with the panels, vulcanized TPE seal along the perimeter of the panels in opposition with the fixed frame, double seal of vulcanized TPE along the "little stile" with VES end caps on the top and bottom edge in opposition with the fixed frame's sealing. On the bottom rail of French doors there is a weatherstrip.

Painting with an impregnating agent or a water-based monocomponent paint consists of 3 different phases:
- the first phase consists in the application of a transparent or colored fungicide impregnating agent by immersion and drying process at a constant temperature;
- the second phase consists in the application of a thixotropic water-based coating with an air-pressure sprayer to protect doors and windows from UV radiation, drying process at a constant temperature, sanding with an automatic sanding machine and final wiping with inspection of the pieces;
- the third phase consists in the application of a moist film of thixotropic water-based finish with an air-pressure sprayer in the quantity of 300 microns, drying process at a constant temperature, final inspection of the pieces.
