After the long period of popularity of bleached, white or gray parquet in dozens of shades, parquet with darker, warmer tones is now returning in vogue. Medlar color vaunts particularly intense, expressive character. MEDLAR finish enhances Cadorin European Select Oak parquet with an inviting nuance that is equally capable of complementing both Classic design schemes and Minimalist solutions.
Three-layer planks have their tread layer in noble European Select Oak, one of the types of wood most appreciated for its prestigious flamed, streaked grain that is brushed on the surface and provided with the new Medlar finish to provide even warmer, more embracing tones. Cadorin research and design goes beyond the familiar classic finish in the direction of shades of color capable of bestowing elegance and family warmth to every interior.
The planks can be produced in both boards and other, special modules like PRIMULA MODULE (shown in photos below) laid in Versailles panels in order to free the installer from having to use single squares and borders and instead adopt maxi-planks cut, crossed or staggered to form large wooden mosaic carpet.
MEDLAR OAK FINISHING is an attractive, “healthful” planking. Respect for the environment has always been one of the Veneto Company’s top priorities: the European Select Oak used is one of the types of wood selected by Cadorin for its More Wood, Zero Km brand. This means that it is procured close to the Cadorin production site (300-700 km) as a contribution to reducing climate damage caused by the CO2 released by transport vehicles.
